A spreadsheet developed by member Mike Harvey and modified by Eddie Bradley. Input the face value of your silver coins and it calculates their silver value based on current spot silver bid price from the NY Stock Market.
Finds (MS Excel compatible spreadsheet)
I know there are some pretty good little programs that will keep track of your finds, but I didn't have one when I began detecting. This is a spreadsheet I made the first year I began detecting. It is crude but it keept a rough log of my hunts and the things I found. It focuses on coins and keeps a running count of the number and value of coins found. But it also let me comment on the hunts and even enter info about finds that were not coins.
